Welcome to our C-MASTERS International Sailing School near Brussels
We offer a comprehensive program of all RYA navigation and specialist shorebased courses at our traininig location in the Brussels area. In addition, we are a recognised examination centre for the MCA/RYA Short Range VHF marine radio Certificate.
Our sister company C-MASTERS Training Centre, with its locations in Zeeland and Nieuwpoort, offers the complementary RYA practical sailing, motor cruising, powerboat and personal watercraft courses on the Oosterschelde estuary and RYA practical sailing courses at the Belgian coast.
Using this combination of a perfect fit between theoretical and practical training modules, C-MASTERS will coach you all the way from acquiring your first essential navigation knowledge to becoming a confident experienced offshore skipper.

RYA Day Skipper classroom course
Intermediate theory course for crew members and beginning skippers, which lays the foundation for safe navigation and seamanship. Recommended for all sailors on tidal and non-tidal waters.
RYA SRC course and exam
One day course/exam at our centre near Brussels to obtain your RYA/MCA Short Range Certificate for operating a VHF marine radio.
RYA Yachtmaster classroom course
Advanced shorebased course for skippers of sailing and motor vessels, preparing them for long (day and night) coastal and offshore passages, with lots of emphasis on passage planning, safety and navigation skills.
RYA Radar Operator course
Shorebased course on the use of radar systems, teaching you how to properly set up the radar system, use it for navigation purposes and to avoid collisions.
RYA Yachtmaster Ocean course
Worldwide weather systems, celestial navigation and preparation of ocean passages, for those eager to cross the ocean and for professional skippers.
Masterclass Passage Planning
This course is a 'must do' for skippers who wish to learn a pragmatic and practical method for planning passages on coastal waters or further offshore. This course is strongly recommended for anyone preparing for a Yachtmaster exam.

RYA First Aid course
This one-day course is designed to provide a working knowledge of first aid for skippers and crew of yachts and power boats.
Masterclass Meteorology
Whether it a short daytime passage or a long offshore passage, an experienced skipper does know what weather can be expected during the voyage. This requires a good understanding of meteorology and ability to properly analyse the available weather forecasts.
RYA Sea Survival training
The RYA Sea Survival training course prepares you for worst case scenarios. Understand what to do in an emergency at sea including abandoning your yacht into a liferaft.
