1. About C-MASTERS
Our full name is C-MASTERS. Our registered office is C-MASTERS, Veerhaven 3, 4485 PL, Kats, The Netherlands. Our company registration number is 20110410. Our email address is enquiries@c-masters.nl Our VAT number is NL811917150B01. C-MASTERS is a trading name for Celstar BV.
2. Booking process
On receipt of your enquiry, we will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and previous experience and qualifications. We will provide you with the details of the course or activity, the dates, and the cost. You may book the course or activity by filling out our electronic booking form. Submitting the booking form to us with acceptance of the terms and conditions, constitutes a definite booking. We will confirm the booking via email or in writing within 5 days.
3. Payment
Each booking must be accompanied by payment of the total activity cost. Bookings are only considered firm on receipt of this payment. Payment should be made by bank transfer.

4. Cancellation by client
You may cancel your booking in writing at any time before starting the online course, and request for refund of your already paid monies for this online course, subject to an administrative fee of 85 euro.
5. Extension of course duration
If you request an extension of the course duration beyond the one specified for your course, you are required to contact C-MASTERS as soon as possible before the end date of your online course.
6. Cancellation by C-MASTERS
If C-MASTERS cancels the course for any reason, and we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative course, our liability will be limited to the return of any monies already paid.
7. Alterations
Should you wish to alter the date or type of the online course of your original booking we will make every effort to reschedule, subject to an administration fee of 25 euro.
8. Force Majeure
C-MASTERS reserves the right to cancel/curtail your booked course due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure – these include, but are not limited to, war, riots, government action, terrorism, fire, weather conditions, strike action and all similar events outside C-MASTERS’s control. Where such circumstances occur C-MASTERS will not be liable to pay you refunds or compensation.
9. COURSE DURATION
The duration of the course will be stated on the booking form and confirmation letter of your booked online course .
10. Minimum age
The minimum age for attending courses is 18 years. For persons under 18 these Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the parent or guardian.
11. CERTIFICATES
Certificates will only be issued at the end of a course if, in the opinion of the C-MASTERS Instructors and Principal, you have reached the necessary standard. The Principal and Instructor’s decision shall be final.
12. DISPUTE
Any dispute should be brought to the attention of the instructor or principal at the earliest opportunity to be resolved, and must be received by us by letter. In the event of a dispute not being settled by mutual agreement, any agreements and contracts shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. All agreements and contracts between customers and C-MASTERS shall be governed by Dutch Law, even when the dispute occurs outside Dutch territorial waters
13. Data sharing online RYA courses
To enable access to your RYA online course we need to share some of your personal data with the RYA via your user profile in www.ryainteractive.org. This learning management website is hosted and maintained by a third party called Learning Pool, who will not use your personal information for any reason other than enabling your course.
Your name and email address will be entered on www.ryainteractive.org in order to create your user account. On your first access to the site, you will be asked to enter your address and date of birth. You will have access to the site for one year in order to complete your online course. During this period, your personal information will be held on the website by Learning Pool and be available to this training centre and the RYA for the purpose of managing your course.
Instructional support will be provided by this training centre for a period of 180 days from the date of your course booking.
On completion of your course, your name, email, date of birth and address will be transferred to the RYA's central database for the purpose of recording details of the course and any certification you gain as a result of it. This information allows the RYA to record your certification, to update any records they may already hold about you or your qualifications and to verify your certificate if required.
After one year from the date of your enrolment on a course, your user account will be removed from www.ryainteractive.org .
Full details of how the RYA will deal with your personal information will be displayed when you first access www.ryainteractive.org .

If you receive a digital certificate downloaded from the RYA Interactive site on completion of your course, your name, address, date of birth and certificate details will be transferred to the RYA database and held in accordance with the RYA’s Privacy Policy.
