Personal watercrafts are fun and exhilarating crafts. The one day RYA proficiency course prepares you for riding safely and responsibly and is designed for first time and experienced riders alike.

Course content

A Jet Ski is a great personal watercraft to rent during a holiday or to use as part of the recreational materials of a superyacht. It brings the riders lots of fun on a beautiful day on the water. However, this fast machine needs to be used safely and responsibly. The RYA Personal Watercraft Proficiency course will teach you how to get the most fun out of it.

Whether this is your first time on a jet ski or if you're an experienced rider, this RYA course is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills or brush up your current techniques.

This course is available as one full day.

How to prepare yourself for this course

In order to get the most out of your course, we offer you the possibility to do our online pre-course knowledge quiz. The quiz helps you to test your knowledge and to assess whether you need more preparation in some areas.

Ability after the course

At the end of the course you should achieve a level of boat handling and knowledge to safely ride a jet ski under normal conditions.
