We specialise in professional delivery of sailing and motor yachts throughout Europe. We know that these yachts are the owners precious possessions, which often are very valuable and very dear to the family. Therefore, we will not work with delivery crew that looks at a delivery voyage as an opportunity to have a cheap and fun ride on board of an expensive toy.

We are different than many others. We will only work with professional skippers and the best crew. Our team is highly qualified, with extensive experience, and trained by our training centre.

Join the C-MASTERS Delivery Crew

In order to become part of our C-MASTERS delivery crew, you will need to have or work towards the proper qualification in sailing.

We expect all our C-MASTERS crewmembers to have a RYA Yachtmaster qualification.

Our skippers need to have a Certificate of Competence on the level of MCA/RYA Yachtmaster Ocean, ideally including additional qualification as Yachtmaster Instructor.

On short coastal routes, we also accept RYA Coastal Skippers, as long as they are willing to work with us to achieve their Yachtmaster Certificate of Competence over time.

All crew members need to have Commercially Endorsed certificates and plenty of miles under their belts.

As skippers and crew members on this high qualification level and with extensive experience are hard to find, we are also interested in high potential sailors, who can enrol in our C-MASTERS training program to develop their skills up to the required professional level.

All our C-MASTERS delivery crew members will undergo a training at our centre to prepare them for the way in which we provide yacht delivery services to our customers.
